Some sad news Another baby (8 weeks old) died this week-end in Tauranga in very suspecting circumstances. It grieves me so much!!! Just a few weeks ago, 3-month-old twins died in Auckland after abuse... And last September a little one here in Tauranga- - - I just read that New Zealand has the third highest rate of child deaths among the rich developed countries in the world, mostly because of family violence. Lord, have mercy!!! What is the solution? Is prayer needed to break through the spiritual roots of this - maybe generational curses? Is it more education and support? (I don't know a country where there is as much support for parents as here!) Counseling? What Lord? This is just not right, and my heart is bleeding for all the little ones that are suffering. The ones that died have it good now - - - they are with Jesus. But what about all the ones that are still alive and neglected or abused? I guess, if we had revival in New Zealand, things would change! The turning of people's hearts to God in repentance and a holy fear of God. Lord, please help me to persevere in prayer for REVIVAL! Things have got to change!
